Our
History:
Pinkerton Government Services, Inc. (PGS) is a
legacy of the company formed by Allan Pinkerton in 1850.
We are a independently operated subsidiary of Securitas AB, the largest security
provider in the world. PGS operates under an approved Proxy Agreement to
mitigate any issue with Foreign Ownership Control or Influence (FOCI) in
performing work for the federal government and its contractors.
PGS is guided by a very knowledgeable and effective Board of
Directors:

Mr.
James E. Freeze, MG USA (ret), Chairman
Major
General Freeze is a veteran of over 50 years in the intelligence, security and
electronic warfare arena, Freeze rose from Private to Major General during a
33-year Army career. He subsequently established The Freeze Corporation, a
professional services firm that provided intelligence, security and management
support to government and corporate clients. In addition to his role with PGS,
Freeze currently serves as President of two privately held business
corporations.
Mr.
W. Ralph Basham, Vice Chairman
Mr.
Ralph Basham has one of the most distinguished
and diverse backgrounds in law enforcement and homeland security in the world
today. Over the course of his 38 year career in federal law enforcement, he
served in senior leadership positions at four of the eight operational
components in what is now the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and did
so as a Senior Executive Presidential appointee in the Clinton, George W. Bush
and Obama administrations. Most recently, Mr. Basham led an agency of over
53,000 employees as Commissioner of U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP), the
nation’s largest law enforcement agency and the largest operational component of
DHS with overall responsibility for the border security of the United States.

Mr. W. Asa
Hutchinson, Director
Mr.
Asa Hutchinson,
a Senior Partner of AH Law Group of Rogers, AR,
is a former U.S. Attorney for the Fort Smith-based
Western District of Arkansas, U.S. Congressman from the Third District of
Arkansas, Director of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the
first-ever Under Secretary for Border & Transportation Security at the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security. After the September 11 attacks, Congress
created the Department of Homeland Security. President George W. Bush tapped
Hutchinson to lead the Border and Transportation Security Directorate, the
largest division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with more than
110,000 employees. Hutchinson was confirmed by unanimous consent by the U.S.
Senate.
Mr.
Michael G. Oxley, Director
Mr.
Michael G. Oxley served for 25 years as U.S. Representative of Ohio’s Fourth
Congressional District. He was appointed Chairman of the House of Financial
Services Committee in 2001. During
his tenure as Chairman, he co-authored the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, which
restored Americans’ confidence in the capital markets early in the decade and
created a new accounting oversight board for publicly traded companies. Mr.
Oxley also is Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.
Mr.
Thomas R. Jolly, Director
Thomas
R. Jolly, an attorney and Chairman of the Washington, DC based government and
public affairs firm, Jolly/Rissler, Inc. has represented corporate clients,
professional and trade associations, educational institutions and domestic and
foreign government entities before the United States Congress and Executive
Branch of the Federal government for over 30 years. Jolly is the founding
chairman of the Washington Caucus. Previous to founding Jolly/Rissler, Inc.
Jolly was a partner in a Washington, DC law firm. He has previously served on
the Board of Trustees for St. Edwards University (Austin, TX) and the Advisory
Board for the Fund for Improvement in Postsecondary Education. He has for many
years worked closely with the Democratic Leadership in the House and Senate.
